ISSI's Modular Frame Building Systems (MFBS™) are ideal for construction of commercial, retail, and mixed-use facilities.  One-story or multi-story office and retail facilities can be quickly constructed, easily expanded, and even disassembled and moved quickly.

The speed of constructing the MFBS™ means your building can be assembled, finished, and ready for occupancy faster than any competing system.  The product is engineered and fabricated to strict standards for strength, durability, and consistency. 

ISSI offers clients protection against warping and cracking, dry rot, pests, termites, earthquakes, and fire.  The system is welded with high-strength galvanized steel tubing, which is non-combustible and does not add fuel to the fire.  Because of this, fires risks and fire insurance costs are drastically reduced.

While steel is one of the strongest building materials available, it also weighs up to one-third less than traditional wood products, significantly reducing seismic loads and foundation requirements.  ISSI's Universal Building System can be engineered for Seismic Zone 4 resistance or greater, the highest national standard required in building construction.
