Our Universal Modular Frame Building System (MFBS™) is designed, engineered and fabricated to save contractors and developers time and money, while supplying the highest quality product to the building market. Our system provides a simple and streamlined method of construction, while adding value to any structure.

We can supply a complete structural building system. The ISSI Universal Modular Frame Building System consists of two core components: the Universal MFBS™ Wall System of pre-engineered and

pre-fabricated panels; and theUniversal MFBS™ Roof & Floor System of trusses, joists and rim track or metal deck, manufactured from recycled, hot dipped galvanized or zinc coated steel materials. The wall panels include window and door openings, shear and wall bracing, and all necessary furring attachments so they arrive on site ready for assembly and finish work. Our product packages include; all nuts, bolts, washers, hold downs, and clips to allow erection of the MFBS™ system at a more rapid pace.

You will experience a substantial time savings in construction using our Universal Modular Frame Building System. The MFBS™ replaces the need for field framing. Since the frame system is pre-fabricated, you no longer have the burdens of time, space, cost, waste and danger associated with on-site cutting, drilling and welding. The wall panels and trusses assemble quickly and easily in a true tilt-up, bolt together construction, allowing erection of the entire structure in hours, instead of days, weeks or months.

These structures are pre-engineered to satisfy needs for very high strength, durability, energy efficiency, ease of assembly, low cost, and to meet or exceed all local and national building codes. The rigid frame system was developed to perform especially well in heavy snow, high wind and

earthquake prone areas. The MFBS™ is made of zinc coated recycled steel that is non-combustible, termite and pest proof, and is not susceptible to warping, shrinkage, dry rot, or any of the material inconsistencies of wood construction.

This ISSI MFBS™ panelized steel system is not available by anyone else. Our Universal MFBS™ technology, along with all of its components is patented, copyright designed and is only available and fabricated by those Certified and Licensed by Inter-Steel Structures, Inc. Authorized dealers and licensees are trained at our facilities, and have the knowledge and ability to efficiently and safely erect our frame systems virtually anywhere.
